At Prime Basics, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your watch purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Watch must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories must be included

  • Product should show no signs of wear, scratches, or damage

  • Proof of purchase/order confirmation is required

Non-Returnable Items

For quality and safety reasons, the following products are not eligible for return:

  • Watches with scratches, damage, or signs of use

  • Watches with removed tags or missing accessories

  • Customized or engraved watches

  • Smart watches that have been paired or activated

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share your order number along with clear product images/videos

  • Our team will arrange a replacement or refund after verification

Refunds

  • Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund amount will be credited to your original payment method.
