Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Watch must be unused and in original condition

Original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories must be included

Product should show no signs of wear, scratches, or damage

Proof of purchase/order confirmation is required
Non-Returnable Items
For quality and safety reasons, the following products are not eligible for return:

Watches with scratches, damage, or signs of use

Watches with removed tags or missing accessories

Customized or engraved watches

Smart watches that have been paired or activated
Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Share your order number along with clear product images/videos

Our team will arrange a replacement or refund after verification
Refunds

Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refund amount will be credited to your original payment method.
